Field Marketing Manager
Develops and executes regional B2B field marketing campaigns, account-based programs, sponsorships, and events across APJ to generate pipeline and strengthen brand awareness. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, budget ownership, performance analysis, and willingness to travel during peak event periods.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional field marketing programs, including campaigns, account-based marketing, and events, to drive pipeline and strengthen Datadog's brand.
- Own marketing pipeline generation from conception through execution and results.
- Evaluate and prioritize third-party sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit, brand visibility, and pipeline potential.
- Partner with Sales, field marketing, Demand Generation/ABM, and Partner Marketing to align target accounts and build pipeline-driving campaigns.
- Collaborate with Communications and Partner Marketing on messaging and co-marketing opportunities.
- Own on-site event logistics and execution for customers, prospects, and partners.
- Track and report program and event performance, including pipeline influenced, cost per lead, and attendee quality.
- Act as the regional point of contact for field marketing strategy and keep regional leadership and global marketing operations aligned.
- Build toward a broader regional field marketing remit beyond events.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience for an Associate Manager scope, or 8+ years with direct ownership of a regional field marketing program and budget for a Senior Manager scope.
- Experience in B2B field marketing, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS, spanning campaigns and events.
- Proven ability to build and execute field marketing programs and manage third-party sponsorship relationships under tight timelines and fixed budgets.
- Experience owning budgets and making trade-off decisions to protect ROI.
- Strong organization, deadline management, and ability to manage multiple concurrent regional programs.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Communications.
- Data-driven approach to tracking pipeline impact and reporting results to leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50% within the region during peak event season.
