Responsibilities

  • Develop the EMEA field marketing strategy, aligning program investments with sales priorities, pipeline goals, and customer segments.
  • Plan and execute hosted events, including executive experiences, educational events, trade shows, co-sponsored activations, and user conferences.
  • Build pre-event, on-site, and post-event engagement strategies to improve attendance and sales follow-up.
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory- and account-level event strategies.
  • Track and report program ROI, using data to recommend field marketing investments.
  • Mentor junior field marketing team members as the function grows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Experience developing territory-level event strategies and account-based marketing motions with sales leadership and account executives.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-event portfolios across diverse program types.
  • Strong strategic planning, operational execution, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using event metrics and analytics to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software; Salesforce required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at a startup or hyper-growth company, particularly in the EMEA region.
  • Experience delivering in-person field events and large-scale user conferences, including flagship events with 500+ attendees.
  • Experience designing and optimizing account-based marketing motions with demand generation teams.
  • Marketo experience.
