Senior Growth Manager
The Senior Growth Manager will develop, test, analyze, and scale user and community growth initiatives across Reddit’s US and international markets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Reddit’s user base and nurture communities across the US and international markets.
- Design and run experiments addressing content supply, community density, contribution, discovery, engagement, and user growth.
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, processes, and recommendations for use across markets.
- Determine where initiatives should scale broadly, require local adaptation, or need operational or product support.
- Monitor DAU, contribution, content supply, community health, and retention metrics.
- Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and establish measurement frameworks for experiments and scaled programs.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams to shape priorities and scale initiatives.
- Use experimentation to build evidence and influence cross-functional investment and product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, or market expansion, with a record of executing growth initiatives at scale.
- Entrepreneurial instincts, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience creating scalable processes and automations.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to distinguish market-specific problems from repeatable growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional stakeholders across global teams.
- Results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and bias toward execution.
- Ability to prioritize opportunities across US and international markets based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
