Key Responsibilities
- Establish EliseAI as the leading authority on rental housing through original research and market insights using proprietary data.
- Define and amplify EliseAI’s voice on housing economics across media, industry events, research, and customer channels.
- Partner with marketing to create high-impact content that strengthens the brand and engages customers.
- Partner with product and data teams to understand product data, build reliable data pipelines, and create scalable reporting.
- Expand the reach of EliseAI’s research through partnerships with publications and academic institutions.
- Use research and thought leadership to strengthen EliseAI’s employer brand, helping attract exceptional talent across the company.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in insights, data journalism, analytics, economic research, or strategy & operations with a track record of shipping quantitative work for external audiences.
- Exceptional data storytelling: turn complex findings into sharp narratives.
- Comfortable presenting findings live to executives, clients, or media.
- Strong technical skills across the modern data stack (SQL, Python, Hex, etc.).
- A genuine curiosity about housing and the data that explains the industry.
- A quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 base (total rewards include equity and benefits).
