Responsibilities
- Analyze factors that drive successful sales proof-of-concepts and self-service product trials.
- Partner with a cross-functional growth squad to improve product-led sales strategy.
- Evaluate and evolve pricing and monetization approaches.
- Experiment with new data tools and workflows, provide feedback to product teams, and train teammates on effective use of Hex as a data workspace.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, data scientist, or in an equivalent highly analytical role.
- Ability to maximize business impact, navigate ambiguity, and unblock supported functions.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with tools and workflows.
- Commitment to quality, simplicity, and maintainability.
- Strong agent management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and dbt.
- Experience maintaining data warehouses and ELT pipelines.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a sales-driven B2B company, particularly one with a high-touch sales motion.
- Experience exploring or implementing emerging data ecosystem tools and methods, including AI-assisted tooling and novel dbt workflows.
- Passion for community through internal documentation, mentoring, or external knowledge sharing.
Compensation
- Salary range: $153,375–$204,500.
