Responsibilities
- Create data-driven insights into the impact of global performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop approaches to grow the user base through data-driven marketing optimization.
- Partner with data science to understand new-user cohorts and behaviors.
- Define marketing KPIs and track progress against target metrics.
- Combine and transform data from multiple sources to answer strategic marketing questions.
- Partner with marketing technology teams to influence and prototype backend data design.
- Build readable dashboards using visualization tools and extract actionable insights.
- Bridge analytics and marketing teams and communicate across both domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience as a marketing analyst working with digital campaign data and informing strategic campaign decisions.
- Ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, concise, actionable takeaways.
- Strong SQL expertise for extracting, cleaning, and transforming data in large, complex, nested databases.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio.
- Strong intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work in the New York office.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing digital app-install campaigns.
- Expertise with R, Python, or other statistical software.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $154,700–$209,300 USD.
- Equity compensation supplements the base salary.
