Enterprise Deployment - Chief of Staff
This remote Chief of Staff role organizes workflow, staffing, hiring, onboarding, performance tracking, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment for the Enterprise Deployment team. It partners closely with the Field CTO and deployment leads in a fast-growing global organization, with London preferred.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Enterprise Deployment team members’ strengths and staff them thoughtfully based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills.
- Track team-member performance by engaging with leads and collaborators.
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team, focusing on key roles and locations and distributing interviewing responsibilities across the team.
- Own onboarding so new team members are prepared from Day 1 and have the resources needed to ramp quickly.
- Prepare team meetings, coordinate with meeting leads, create slides as needed, and improve meeting effectiveness.
- Track Enterprise Deployment OKRs, provide regular progress updates, and identify issues or coverage gaps early.
- Plan team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and collaboration across the global team.
- Act as the liaison between Enterprise Deployment and other parts of the organization to ensure alignment.
