Computer Systems Analyst
Analyzes lifecycle and product-system requirements across mobile, web, email, and in-app experiences, translating them into reusable system components, interface specifications, prototypes, and implementation guidance. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing and validates accessibility and quality.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business and product requirements and existing system behavior across mobile, web, email, and in-app lifecycle systems.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities; document requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Translate requirements into system specifications, including reusable components, templates, data/content structures, responsive logic, and integration points with delivery platforms such as Braze.
- Document standards for component and system use.
- Produce flows, wireframes, high-fidelity specifications, and interactive prototypes defining system behavior and interaction logic.
- Assess system capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs with engineering and recommend efficient approaches.
- Partner with Product, Lifecycle, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to provide implementation guidance.
- Review implemented systems for conformance to specifications, structure, responsiveness, accessibility, and component usage; flag defects and corrections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a closely related field.
- Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into system and interface specifications for mobile and web products.
- Experience developing and documenting reusable system components and standards.
- Proficiency with specification and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional experience with digital product systems, design-system development, usability evaluation, and technical collaboration.
- Understanding of software constraints, information structures, and implementation processes for mobile and web systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability principles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract-to-hire position.
- Full-time conversion base compensation range: $85,000–$108,000 for the greater Seattle area.
