Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zones, managing scheduling with accuracy and urgency.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics from candidate scheduling through first-day onboarding.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates’ scheduling needs, providing timely communication and support throughout the interview process.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
- Ensure interviewers are prepared with schedules, materials, and relevant candidate information.
- Support offer letter preparation and pre-onboarding coordination.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations.
