Sr. Staff Product/Principal Product Manager, Cribl AI

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Guide the product roadmap by living in the product as a hands-on keyboard PM.
  • Work across the Product team to build consensus on shared experiences and services for the entire product portfolio.
  • Utilize data to conduct market research, assess competition, and generate insights for building AI-native products.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to create high-value AI products and experiences aligned with Cribl’s mission.
  • Use product and user data to build plans and improve over time.
  • Align with field teams and customers on key services and experiences to grow product value.
  • Work closely with customers.
  • Guide and learn from engineering and sales teams.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone environment.

Requirements

  • Experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
  • Experience working with data tools like Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift for transforming analytics and telemetry data into actionable insights.
  • 5+ years in a Technical Product Manager role or similar.
  • In-depth experience building and launching products with major cloud providers.
  • Strong communicator (writer and reader) for remote-first collaboration.
  • Passion for being a technical PM: building labs, learning new technologies.
  • Experience in remote-first companies and navigating large distributed teams.
  • Background with Enterprise data products.
  • Experience with a variety of IT and Security tools, integration, and data onboarding.
  • Experience with products deployed across Cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • Ability to demo products at high level and in detail.
  • Willingness to speak your mind.
