Account Executive - Enterprise, Growth

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, expand revenue through cross-selling and renewals, and lead complex sales cycles from business-case development through negotiation and close. Requires 13+ years of sales experience and 10+ years with enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing Stripe customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand revenue and footprint.
  • Execute long-term sales strategies and develop account plans for strategic customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including business-case development, deal structuring, commercial negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive strategy and negotiations for large, complex renewals.
  • Cross-sell across multiple products and business units to generate new revenue streams.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders and understand their business problems.
  • Coordinate account mapping and meetings with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Partner with product teams to align technical and business requirements and craft solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to projects that improve the sales process and culture.

Requirements

  • 13+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product.
  • 10+ years leading complex sales cycles with enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated record of top performance.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft multi-product solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans across complex organizations and multiple business units.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in technology and deep understanding of the technology space.
