What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the retention and expansion of largest Enterprise customers
- Work closely with Sales to strategize on increasing adoption of Hightouch within large organizations
- Deliver timely and organized onboarding through effective project management
- Ensure customers see full value in Hightouch’s products and advise on technical best practices
- Provide clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all products
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations
- Contribute to Hightouch platform success by surfacing use cases and problems to Engineering
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in a client facing and/or technology focused role combining business experience and technical acumen
- Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and strong empathy
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with continuous desire to improve technical acumen
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams
- Ability to work under pressure, deadlines, and navigate unexpected roadblocks
Compensation Details
- On-Target Earnings Range: $160,000-$230,000 annually
- Base Salary: $128,000-$184,000 annually
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options with early exercise and 10-year post-termination exercise window
