Network Account Manager
Owns execution, adoption, bookings, and expansion across strategic financial-services partner networks. The role requires 3–5+ years in wealth-tech or a regulated financial-services environment, strong account and sales skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities
- Own assigned network partnerships after agreement signature and partner handoff.
- Build 90-day launch plans with milestones, activation targets, and timelines.
- Maintain relationships with partner champions, practice management, marketing, and field teams.
- Execute partnership obligations, including coupon codes, demos, onboarding, free trials, and co-marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate joint webinars, newsletter placements, website listings, conference participation, and advisor outreach.
- Track agreement commitments and escalate partner-level issues when needed.
- Drive advisor awareness, free trials, paid subscriptions, and network penetration through outreach, demos, webinars, office hours, and enablement sessions.
- Monitor coupon redemptions, trial starts, conversions, and other activation metrics.
- Own net-new advisor bookings, tier upgrades, added seats, and pipeline forecasting within assigned networks.
- Partner with SMB Sales, Account Management, ABM, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Product Marketing.
- Track partner-sourced bookings and activation metrics in Salesforce.
- Travel periodically for client meetings and industry conferences, approximately twice monthly, with heavier seasonal travel.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, bank, or insurance environment.
- Experience managing complex industry workflows and end-to-end client lifecycles.
- Background in wealth tech, fintech, or regulated SaaS serving financial advisors.
- Track record of generating net-new bookings and driving adoption across accounts or partner networks.
- Strong relationship-building skills across executive champions and individual end users.
- Ability to execute contractual commitments and coordinate cross-functional marketing and onboarding activities.
- Confidence leading customer-facing webinars, demos, and group enablement sessions.
- Strong organization and operational discipline while managing multiple partnerships.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and partnership or pipeline tracking workflows.
- Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, or WI.
- Background and reference checks required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with channel or partner marketing programs, co-marketing, webinars, and field activation.
- Familiarity with broker-dealer, RIA network, and enterprise-platform distribution ecosystems.
- Experience driving bottoms-up, product-led adoption across large or networked customer bases.
- Familiarity with SalesLoft.
Compensation
- Base salary: $110,000.
- Variable compensation: $60,000.
- On-target earnings: $170,000.
- Equity available.
