Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise sales cycles end-to-end: build pipeline, manage evaluations, negotiate terms, close multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Serve as expert in conversations with CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams.
  • Work with CEO, Director of Sales, product/engineering teams to customize solutions.
  • Educate clients on AI-driven development tools, address concerns, showcase ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies.
  • Establish trusted partnerships for expansion and renewals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years sales experience, including 2+ years in Mid-Market accounts with complex decisions.
  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets in tech sales.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude to learn and articulate complex solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills for technical/C-level engagement.
  • Self-motivated for fast-paced startup; enthusiasm for AI/software dev a plus.
  • Prior sales engineer experience selling to DevEx/Engineering teams highly desirable.
