Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs).
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, FDE, and Partners teams across Southern Europe, Israel, the Middle East, and Africa to shape post-sales delivery strategy for major customers.
- Hire, coach, and support a diverse team to ensure customer success and roadmap delivery.
- Contribute to regional growth and customer investment/co-investment positioning.
- Serve as technical sponsor and thought leader for selected customers.
- Create assets to build the Delivery Solution Architect practice and improve customer engagement effectiveness and consistency.
- Manage DSAs to achieve customer, company, and team goals, including usage growth, career growth, and hiring.
- Use AI tooling to lead C-level thought leadership discussions with customers.
- Assign accounts and distribute work for optimal customer coverage and team balance.
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and FDE teams to accelerate customer growth.
- Help resolve escalations, reduce customer risk, monitor customer progress, and forecast growth.
- Improve internal processes and customer success service offerings.
- Promote cross-functional programs, plans, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience leading teams of pre-sales or post-sales consultants, solution architects, technical account managers, or customer success engineers.
- Experience with cloud, data, and AI domains.
- Experience putting workloads or data products into production and operating them, such as in a delivery architecture, project management, DevOps, or service/product ownership role.
- Familiarity with customer business issues and big data use cases across industries.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Based in Milan, Paris, or Madrid, within commuting distance of an office location in the relevant country.
