Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Learning & Talent Development point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site.
  • Deliver soft-skills training, facilitation, and development programming for employees at all levels.
  • Assess talent-development needs and share field insights with the broader Learning & Talent Development team.
  • Design and adapt learning materials for the operational workforce.
  • Support onboarding for new hires.
  • Build relationships with managers and frontline leaders to understand evolving development needs.
  • Coordinate coaching conversations and career-development support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development leadership on programming strategy and cross-site consistency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience facilitating training for diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforces.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed team.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in evolving, less-structured environments.
  • Familiarity with instructional-design fundamentals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO.
  • Willingness to work on-site.

  • Compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus.
