Responsibilities
- Execute employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding and employee support.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and process employee lifecycle changes.
- Provide organized, responsive front-line support to employees through white-glove and self-service approaches.
- Use AI and other tools in the People technology stack to make processes clear, compliant, and efficient.
- Work autonomously, prioritize daily tasks based on business needs, and resolve routine roadblocks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in HR, people operations, or operations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or similar system for maintaining data and executing employee lifecycle changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with general guidance.
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ year of experience at a high-growth startup.
- Basic working knowledge of HR compliance and policies.
- Experience with ADP, ChartHop, Ashby, Confluence, Jira, or other HR systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $80,000–$91,200.
- Fully remote work environment for employees based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.
