Responsibilities
- Manage New York office operations while driving People & Culture initiatives.
- Plan employee events, community programs, and volunteer initiatives.
- Educate employees about benefits programs and support benefits administration.
- Maintain high office standards and proactively solve problems.
- Improve the employee experience and provide personalized employee care.
- Ensure food, beverages, office supplies, and snacks are available.
- Manage expenses within the allocated budget.
- Provide coordination support across the team.
- Gradually take ownership of strategic initiatives such as onboarding improvements.

Compensation
- Annual base salary: $70,000–$75,000 USD.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, company equity, sponsored benefits, and perks.
