Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, offboarding, Workday data integrity, and HR compliance tasks.
- Manage applicant tracking system workflows, executive scheduling, and on-site interview coordination.
- Manage global hub programs, including lunch programs and Kadence system administration.
- Support local workplace operations in Atlanta and Toronto, including employee presence and light facilities coordination.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR support, talent acquisition coordination, or workplace operations.
- Experience with administrative scheduling, ATS management, and operational logistics.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate HRIS data; Workday preferred.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage on-site hub logistics and vendor programs.
- Customer-service mindset and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Ability to work in the Atlanta office five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Monday.com, and AI tools.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$82,000 USD annually.
- May include bonus, commission, equity, comprehensive benefits, ESPP, retirement or pension plan, paid vacation and holidays, wellness days, paid parental leave, paid volunteer time, hack weeks, and mental wellness programs.
