Senior Professional Services Consulting Engineer
Provides post-sales consulting and hands-on implementation of Redis-based solutions for enterprise customers across development, QA, and production environments. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise software consulting experience, strong distributed-systems and programming expertise, and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop technical expertise with Redis, Redis Enterprise, and Redis Modules, serving as a subject matter expert for customers.
- Help customers meet technology and business requirements with Redis Enterprise products, solutions, and services.
- Provide hands-on technical implementation services, including end-to-end testing in customer environments.
- Assist customers with Redis development projects using Java, Microsoft .NET/C#, Python, and Go.
- Work with customer technical teams, including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level experts, to support successful production deployments.
- Collaborate with Sales on account strategies and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Deliver remote and onsite product training to customers.
- Use customer feedback to improve product and technical materials and provide insights to Product Management and R&D.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales consulting, ideally database engineering, for enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with client library and server-side code development, RESTful APIs, and Linux.
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong teamwork, technical, communication, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% when conditions permit.

- Salary range: €80,000 to €110,000.
