Director of B2B Activation (Remote)
Lead Rula’s Activation Marketing team to shift from content production to a data-driven, AI-powered engine that scales patient starts from B2B commercial referrals (health plans, employers, PCPs). Requires 10+ years in marketing/growth with expertise in attribution, incrementality, MarTech stacks, and leading teams via automation and experimentation.

Responsibilities
- Increase marketing-attributable patient starts by building scalable systems and repeatable playbooks.
- Define data-driven strategy for marketing touchpoints from commercial referral audiences (Health Plans, Employers, and Primary Care Providers) to maximize patient starts.
- Lead the definition of attribution criteria and processes for marketing-driven campaigns, partnering with commercial, product, and analytics teams.
- Lead a team establishing testing and experimentation approaches, including A/B or multi-variant testing of campaigns (creative and component levels) and incrementality tests vs. holdouts.
- Identify optimization through automation areas, reducing manual campaign execution and content building using AI agents and tools.
- Drive the roadmap to templatize activation campaign approaches, opening capacity for more innovative testing at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing and/or Business Operations with a focus on user activations.
- Direct experience scaling teams by leveraging AI and ML-driven automation to solve high-stakes challenges in attribution and incrementality.
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence and high quality executive communications to align senior stakeholders across Commercial, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Proven expertise leading teams through both people managers and individual contributors, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing marketing or growth talent.
- Hands-on proficiency managing a MarTech stack (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Redshift, Amplitude, etc.) and data pipelines specifically for marketing attribution.
Nice-to-Haves
- 3+ years experience at a high-growth start-up or in a tech-forward healthcare/pharma company.
- Deep healthcare ecosystem knowledge, with practical understanding of operational workflows of PCPs, Health Plans, and Employers, particularly within the behavioral health or telehealth space.
- Expertise in AI-Driven Marketing Operations, implementing and managing AI agents or LLM-powered tools to automate content production and campaign workflows to reduce manual execution hours.
- “Player-coach” experience, with ability to dive deep into operational details and provide technical coaching while driving high-level organizational strategy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive pay: $181,560 - $202,920 (based on ATS salary data).
