Leads Chime’s full digital acquisition portfolio, setting growth and efficiency strategy across channels while building teams, partnerships, and emerging capabilities. Responsibilities
- Own performance across the full digital acquisition portfolio, including paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile and app networks, and emerging channels.
- Make portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions across channels, talent, technology, and vendor partnerships while balancing near-term performance with long-term capability building.
- Lead and develop experienced channel managers as a player-coach.
- Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, and technology-enabled growth motions.
- Monitor platforms, agencies, AI and marketing technology vendors, and startups to identify and introduce emerging capabilities.
- Drive the use of AI across experimentation, creative production, media buying, and measurement.
- Partner with Media Planning/MMM, Growth Product Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Finance on channel strategy and growth and CAC goals.
- Represent Digital Acquisition in senior leadership forums and communicate channel performance as business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization with significant business accountability.
- Demonstrated record of owning growth, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Experience managing a significant media portfolio and prioritizing across channels, technology, and vendors.
- Strategic and hands-on leadership approach with player-coach credibility.
- Experience building or scaling teams and developing future leaders.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional, senior-executive-visible environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $196,000–$270,000 annually.
- Full-time employees are eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
