Head of Growth

Leads Atlas’s member acquisition function, turning existing demand into a repeatable growth engine across channels, funnel optimization, analytics, and growth product. The role requires high-net-worth market fluency, quantitative ownership, strong cross-functional execution, and experience leading lean teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own member acquisition end to end, including new-members-per-month targets, acquisition channels, funnel conversion, and instrumentation.
  • More than double monthly growth over the coming quarters through repeatable systems.
  • Productize existing acquisition channels and build at least one new high-performing channel.
  • Create a single source of truth for the acquisition funnel and improve performance based on its findings.
  • Work directly with founders, engineering, product, design, brand, and onboarding teams.
  • Ship growth product and write technical specifications.
  • Run growth on a weekly cadence with clear owners and targets.
  • Own CAC, conversion, activation, and payback by channel.
  • Personally engage members and support execution across the funnel.
  • Build and lead lean, high-output teams.

Requirements

  • Track record as an operator who owned a growth number at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Understanding of the high-net-worth market and how to sell to it.
  • Daily use of AI tools and ability to incorporate them into team workflows.
  • Experience building and running lean, high-output teams.
  • Fluency with modern analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Ability to work directly with engineering and write technical specifications.
  • Strong quantitative, execution-oriented, and low-ego approach.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $225,000 to $300,000 depending on experience.
