Director of Demand Generation

Leads the build-out of Haus’s enterprise demand engine, owning ICP, ABM programs, channel strategy, budget, measurement, and pipeline generation. The role requires 6–10 years of demand-generation experience, enterprise sales expertise, analytical strength, and close Sales partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise demand generation strategy and execution, including target-account prioritization, ICP, segmentation, messaging, campaigns, and pipeline generation.
  • Build and run account-based marketing programs for complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Partner with Sales on account selection, campaign strategy, handoffs, and feedback loops.
  • Expand reach to analytics and data science audiences and turn customer advocacy into repeatable demand through references, customer stories, executive advocates, and community programs.
  • Own channel strategy and budget across paid acquisition, content, email/lifecycle, events, webinars, sponsorships, conferences, dinners, masterclasses, and roadshows.
  • Build pipeline modeling, reporting, attribution, funnel measurement, and performance tracking by segment, stage, and business line.
  • Manage and develop one direct report and oversee agency and contractor relationships.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of demand generation experience with direct ownership of a pipeline target.
  • Experience building an ABM or enterprise demand-generation motion from the ground up.
  • Proven pipeline generation in enterprise sales environments with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Experience defining an ICP and developing audience-specific messaging.
  • Hands-on familiarity with intent, signal, and demand-generation tools.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition, budget management, and agency oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills and practical experience with attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline modeling.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Sales.

Nice to Have

  • Marketing to marketers or experience selling martech, measurement, or analytics products.
  • Experience at a company transitioning from mid-market to enterprise.
  • Familiarity with ad tech, media buying, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience displacing entrenched legacy vendors.
  • Early-stage experience building a function from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits
