Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Parafin’s overall marketing vision and strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals, product strategy, and revenue objectives.
- Define and strengthen the company’s brand, positioning, and messaging frameworks for embedded finance serving small businesses.
- Lead customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue-driving marketing campaigns.
- Shape thought leadership and key communications to build awareness among platform partners, small businesses, and prospective employees.
- Partner with Product and GTM teams on product-marketing playbooks, pricing narratives, and enablement materials for new offerings.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing organization.
- Define KPIs, implement marketing tooling, and use data to improve acquisition, engagement, and customer expansion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- At least 4 years leading teams in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Experience building and defining fintech brands for a B2B audience.
- Demonstrated success generating 8-figure pipeline at Series B+ or public-company scale.
- Deep knowledge of growth and demand-generation channels, including case studies, blog posts, account-based marketing, events, and partner marketing.
- Experience with modern marketing technology stacks.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to iterate quickly.
- Proven product-marketing expertise, including translating complex financial technology into clear value propositions.
- Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills, including comfort with C-suite executives, journalists, and conference audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to two-sided platforms or marketplaces.
- Familiarity with capital markets, underwriting, or credit products.
