Responsibilities
- Build and lead Jasper’s integrated enterprise growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing.
- Lead field marketing and account-based marketing programs, including executive events, customer engagement, digital campaigns, and sales plays.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define target accounts, develop account-based programs, prioritize investment, and generate predictable pipeline and expansion.
- Own funnel performance analysis, growth opportunity identification, investment optimization, conversion improvement, forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythms.
- Partner with GTM Operations and Data Science on lead and account scoring, routing, attribution, funnel measurement, and account prioritization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and field marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, including enterprise sales motion experience.
- Track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, website optimization, CRO, and modern growth strategy.
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to diagnose problems, prioritize investment, and improve funnel performance.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on operating style.
- Curiosity about AI and ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to marketing.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $224,000–$280,000 USD annually.
