Implementation Engineer partners with sales and customers to deploy and optimize Roboflow's computer vision solutions, providing technical support, project management, and custom implementations using Python, ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch, and OpenCV. Responsibilities
- Support and manage the project delivery of customized solutions to customers
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and educating customers
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey
- Create technical content to demonstrate best practices (e.g. sample apps, documentation, videos)
- Work with sales and product to develop implementation strategies and build roadmaps for customers
- Partner with customers to perform analysis on their image data to answer business questions and identify computer vision opportunities
- Test and validate new product features with customer value creation in mind
- Contribute to a repository of reusable artifacts for customers
- Work with the wider team to improve processes, documentation, and customer experience
- Assist product team with customer onboarding, support, adoption, and engineering efforts
Requirements

- Diligent problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
- Proven project management experience related to delivery timelines
- Strong knowledge of APIs
- Willingness to travel ~25%
Compensation
- Target OTE: $150,000-$200,000
- $4000/yr Travel Stipend
