Senior HRIS Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst configures and enhances Workday across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, supports users, maintains system integrity, and develops reports and dashboards. The role requires 6+ years of Workday configuration experience, a strong HCM background, and expertise in reporting and EIB data loads.

Responsibilities
- Configure, test, maintain, and enhance the global Workday ecosystem across HR modules.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with People & Talent stakeholders.
- Provide high-level end-user support and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and system documentation.
- Participate in business process audits, security reviews, and data compliance activities.
- Analyze, test, and adopt functionality from semi-annual Workday releases.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to improve Workday adoption and employee experience.
- Research system problems, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify process and system improvements.
- Build and maintain complex reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Strong HCM background and experience in at least one functional area, such as Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent, or Security.
- Strong understanding of global HR processes.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
- Experience assisting with data loads and mass updates through EIBs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaboratively.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across overlapping time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience configuring HR systems outside Workday, such as LMS, ATS, engagement survey, or rewards platforms.
