Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category.
Lead launches end to end, from shaping what gets built and when, through messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement.
Be the most authoritative voice on the customer inside Nash; distill customer signal into patterns for Product and Sales.
Own competitive intelligence: maintain a living worldview on competitors.
