About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Nash's positioning and narrative across audiences: enterprise retailers, grocers, pharmacies, restaurants, healthcare, platforms, partners, and the broader category.
  • Lead launches end to end, from shaping what gets built and when, through messaging, assets, sales enablement, and post-launch measurement.
  • Be the most authoritative voice on the customer inside Nash; distill customer signal into patterns for Product and Sales.
  • Own competitive intelligence: maintain a living worldview on competitors.
  • Build the launch system (cadence, rituals, templates, prompts, playbooks).
  • Partner with Sales as a strategic peer; build scalable systems for knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with Product as a peer; challenge roadmap with customer signal.
  • Equip the org: pricing, packaging, deal desk, content, web, sales plays.
  • Build and grow the PMM function over time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing or adjacent roles at high-growth B2B tech company.
  • Operate at intersection of technical, business, and creative skills.
  • Owned positioning and launches for complex platform product (infrastructure, fintech, devtools, data, logistics).
  • Active, daily use of Claude (or equivalent LLM) and AI prototyping tools like Replit as core workflow.
  • Strong narrative and writing craft.
  • Comfortable in data (funnel, deal, pipeline, win/loss; CRM).
  • Customer-obsessed; prioritize real customer conversations.
  • Strong opinions, clearly communicated, updated with evidence.
  • Has built or scaled PMM function, or ready to do so.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in logistics, commerce infrastructure, or B2B platforms with technical buyer.
  • Time as PM or in customer-facing role earlier in career.
  • Built and shipped own side project using AI tools.
