Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing use of HappyRobot's AI platform.
- Ensure customers maximize value of AI solutions.
- Build new features or entire MVPs.
- Manage APIs and tools for integration with third-party systems.
- LLM prompting and tuning of voices and transcribers.
- Constant iteration to perfect use cases.
Requirements
- Comfortable full-stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience.
- Experience building AI/ML applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
