Enterprise Sales Rep

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage full-cycle enterprise sales across the Nordic market, building pipeline, engaging senior and technical stakeholders, forecasting accurately, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise solutions sales experience and is remote within the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-segment growth across the Nordics.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with prospects and customers and identifying business value opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets using a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Manage and accurately forecast the full sales pipeline.
  • Engage strategically with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer success throughout the sales cycle.
  • Share sales insights, tactics, and best practices with teammates.
  • Travel within the region approximately twice per quarter.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions, with a proven record of delivering results.
  • Strong customer and colleague relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent pipeline-generation capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and clear communication.
  • Analytical, curious, persistent, adaptable, and motivated approach.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United Kingdom or Ireland.

  • Knowledge of the Nordic technology market.
