Enterprise Sales Rep
The Enterprise Account Executive will manage full-cycle enterprise sales across the Nordic market, building pipeline, engaging senior and technical stakeholders, forecasting accurately, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise solutions sales experience and is remote within the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-segment growth across the Nordics.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with prospects and customers and identifying business value opportunities.
- Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets using a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Manage and accurately forecast the full sales pipeline.
- Engage strategically with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer success throughout the sales cycle.
- Share sales insights, tactics, and best practices with teammates.
- Travel within the region approximately twice per quarter.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions, with a proven record of delivering results.
- Strong customer and colleague relationship-building skills.
- Excellent pipeline-generation capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and clear communication.
- Analytical, curious, persistent, adaptable, and motivated approach.
- Ability to work remotely from the United Kingdom or Ireland.
