Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on commercial contract questions where an established position exists, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and standard terms.
- Support the sales team day to day and build workflows that route Legal work effectively with Revenue Operations.
- Create and maintain self-service guidance for routine Legal questions.
- Handle inbound requests involving privacy, vendors, procurement, routine compliance, and corporate matters.
- Resolve matters covered by existing policy, escalate matters requiring Legal judgment, and ensure requests are complete.
- Own contract lifecycle management, including implementation, ongoing maintenance, records, signature routing, and authority.
- Manage vendor and third-party onboarding and contracting.
- Support GRC with security and customer diligence requests.
- Coordinate corporate, employment, and insurance administration with People and Finance.
- Maintain and extend Legal's AI agent library and determine what to automate next.
- Measure agent errors, feed improvements back into the system, and define when agents can assist versus when human judgment is required.
Requirements
- Experience as a senior paralegal, contract manager, Legal operations professional, or strong operator from an adjacent function.
- Commercial contracts experience and sound judgment regarding negotiation risk, key issues, and acceptable concessions.
- Accurate, efficient drafting and careful version control.
- Ability to determine what can be decided independently and what must be escalated.
- Excellent communication and ability to work closely with Sales.
- Ability to maintain positions under commercial pressure while remaining collaborative.
- Meaningful professional use of AI tools, with judgment about their strengths and limitations.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building foundational processes from scratch.

- Experience building prompts, workflows, or AI agents.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, Legal operations, or commercial contracting.
