Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Chief Product Officer on high-priority cross-functional questions.
- Own initiatives spanning multiple product teams and roadmaps.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across teams.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Translate strategic goals into plans, milestones, and operating rhythms.
- Build frameworks, analyses, and recommendations for product and company decisions.
- Create visibility into initiatives and surface risks, tradeoffs, and blockers.
- Improve product planning, communication, and execution.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as Chief of Staff, venture capital, strategy and operations, consulting, product operations, or an early-stage startup.
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured-thinking skills.
- Bias toward action and a track record of turning ambiguity into momentum.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate across teams, functions, and levels of seniority.
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Curiosity about products, healthcare, and company building.
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
