Product Marketing Manager
Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for AgentSync's insurance compliance SaaS products. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive launches, build enablement materials, conduct research, and measure impact.

Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for a product area
- Lead GTM for major launches in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Build sales enablement: pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts, ROI tools
- Run customer and market research to sharpen our point of view
- Partner with Demand Gen, Content, and SDR teams on campaigns and assets
- Measure GTM effectiveness; iterate based on rep feedback and pipeline metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record of leading successful launches and measurable GTM impact
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Sales
- Customer-obsessed and outcomes-driven
Nice-to-Haves
- Insurance or regulated-industry experience
Compensation and Benefits
Total Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000-$180,000
