Responsibilities
- Translate company strategy and prioritized bets into pod-level product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Set product focus and align execution with customer and business value.
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a pod-based product management organization.
- Develop Product Managers from feature delivery toward strategic product ownership; establish career pathways, performance standards, and accountability.
- Partner with Product Design, Development, Customer Success, and Principal Product Managers on product direction and end-to-end delivery.
- Coordinate across pods to unblock work and manage dependencies and risks.
- Establish and improve product management processes, tools, quality standards, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Champion customer insights and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product strategy and prioritization.
- Oversee PM capacity and resource allocation across initiatives and balance near-term delivery with long-term platform and team investment.
- Define and implement AI-enabled workflows for discovery, research synthesis, writing, analysis, and roadmapping.
- Pilot and scale AI tools, establish adoption goals and guardrails, and enable effective team adoption.
- Monitor industry trends and product management best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years leading and developing high-performing Product Manager teams at the Director level or above.
- Proven ability to translate company strategy into product roadmaps, portfolio investments, and measurable business outcomes across multiple teams or product areas.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, career development, and performance management experience.
- Deep expertise in product operating models, roadmap planning, prioritization, product discovery, stakeholder alignment, and execution governance.
- Experience working in Agile and pod-based organizations.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, and practices within product organizations.

- MBA or equivalent combination of business, technology, and leadership experience.
