Leads Anthropic’s AWS co-selling and go-to-market strategy across Southern Europe, building executive relationships, joint business plans, pipeline, and revenue. The role requires substantial enterprise technology partnerships or sales experience, hyperscaler expertise, and fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities
- Own the AWS co-sell and go-to-market motion across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets.
- Build and maintain trusted executive and field-level relationships across AWS partner and sales organizations.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, co-selling strategies, and enablement programs tailored to Southern European markets.
- Drive pipeline creation, pipeline influence, and revenue through AWS, including forecasting and attainment against regional targets.
- Partner with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and global Partnerships teams to align regional execution with global strategy.
- Design and run joint customer engagements, marketing activities, and sales plays to accelerate adoption of Anthropic on AWS.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to product and go-to-market teams.
- Lead regional business reviews with AWS leadership and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales within enterprise technology.
- Direct experience partnering with or working inside a hyperscaler such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Track record of building cloud partnerships from zero to one without a large local team or pre-existing playbook.
- Knowledge of the Southern European enterprise landscape and regional cloud ecosystem.
- Experience owning pipeline and revenue targets, with commercial understanding of partner and customer economics.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and a strong bias toward action and building.
Nice-to-haves
- 7+ years of enterprise technology experience, including meaningful experience in SaaS sales and partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with AWS.
- Experience at a late-stage growth or early-stage startup, particularly one that scaled its EMEA presence from a small base.
- Experience working with developer-focused companies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Datadog and their cloud partnerships.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or large language models.
- Earlier-career management consulting experience.
- Working proficiency in English and French; Italian or Spanish is a bonus.
- Ability to navigate complex partner organizations and influence senior executives.
