Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events, and social media initiatives.
- Set cross-team strategy and execute plans across product, demand generation, and partnerships teams.
- Drive field alignment, co-sell motions, and partner-led pipeline with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Build the partner ecosystem across the South EMEA region.
- Track and analyze partner marketing effectiveness, reporting key performance metrics through quarterly OKRs.
- Translate partnership data into ROI narratives for leadership, clients, and partners.
- Present partnership marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Build and own the EMEA presence at global conferences such as AWS re:Invent, DASH, and Google Cloud Next.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of marketing experience; partner marketing or high-tech B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Fluent English; Italian, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Track record of turning co-marketing programs into pipeline and generating measurable marketing-sourced revenue.
- Strategic and analytical thinking paired with hands-on campaign execution.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Comfortable using AI in daily work.
- Ability to work from the office 3 days per week.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
