HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
• Use people data and business context to identify risks and opportunities across performance, retention, and engagement.
• Coach managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness.
• Support talent reviews, promotions, employee relations matters, and organizational changes with sound judgment and empathy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Compensation, People Operations, RevOps, and Finance to support hiring, compensation, and employee lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue organizations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, with experience supporting teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps.
• Strength in performance management, org design, talent planning, and leadership coaching.
• Analytical, practical, and comfortable using data to guide decisions and build scalable processes.
• Skilled at navigating complex people matters with sound judgment, discretion, and compliance awareness.
• Excellent communicator with a high-ownership mindset who thrives in fast-moving environments.
• AI-curious or AI-fluent, and excited about helping teams adapt to new ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
