About the role
What You'll Do
Define and execute the foundational GTM playbook to launch and scale Luma's enterprise and studio partnerships globally.
Craft the compelling narratives and positioning that launch global movements, turning "fuzzy" research concepts into magical, market-defining stories.
Establish Luma's first strategic brand, agency, and studio partnerships to drive adoption and pioneer new creative use cases.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Research teams to translate user insights and industry feedback into product requirements.
Own end-to-end product launches, measuring success by tangible market penetration and the qualitative impact of our creative tools.
Build scalable marketing systems and collateral from scratch, navigating ambiguity with high agency and tenacious speed.
Who You Are
5+ years of professional product marketing or GTM experience, ideally within high-growth startups, creative software, or top-tier agency environments.
A proven "builder" with a history of creating GTM strategies from scratch (0-to-1) and driving tangible, high-impact results in resource-constrained settings.
Impeccable taste and an obsession with craft, detail, and the qualitative feel of creative tools.
Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft highly opinionated, compelling narratives that define new market categories.
High agency and the ability to operate with extreme autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
A genuine passion for the creative potential of AI and Luma's mission to expand human imagination.
What Sets You Apart (Bonus Points)
Experience working at high-growth generative AI startups (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney) or foundational creative software companies (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Canva).
Deep established networks within specific creative industry verticals (e.g., VFX, Hollywood, Advertising, Gaming, Architecture).
A public portfolio, personal projects, or non-traditional background (e.g., creative director, artist, or designer who transitioned to product marketing) demonstrating a deep passion for visual craft.
