GTM Playbook Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the Partner Marketing Director to define go-to-market playbooks for different partner types.
- Own the strategic approach to executing those playbooks, including campaign structure, asset types, timing, and sequencing.
- Execute playbooks and continuously refine based on market feedback and performance.
Campaign Asset Strategy & Execution
- Own the strategic approach to how partner campaigns look, feel, and perform.
- Define creative direction, asset types, and design systems that bring partner positioning to life.
- Work with Brand and PMM teams to translate product and partner messaging into compelling, on-brand assets.
- Continuously optimize based on performance data.
Co-Marketing Campaign Execution
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners in coordination with demand gen, field marketing, and brand teams.
- Own operational planning, creative direction, timelines, and performance tracking.
Partner Program Enablement
- Build enablement frameworks and toolkits that arm partners with knowledge, resources, and confidence to sell Justworks.
- Base on strategic frameworks developed by the Partner Marketing Director.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product marketing, field marketing, demand gen, brand, product, and sales to align on execution of partner programs and resolve operational constraints.
Measurement & Optimization Strategy
- Define success metrics for partner campaigns.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks connecting partner marketing activities to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, activation).
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization approaches.
- Own the measurement narrative.
Partner Lifecycle Campaign Execution
- Execute marketing campaigns across partner journey stages (onboarding, scaling, renewal) based on lifecycle strategy defined by the Partner Marketing Director.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or allied functions (partner enablement, field marketing, account-based marketing), preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
- Proven track record of developing and launching partner marketing programs that drove measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
- Demonstrated experience developing go-to-market strategies for different customer/partner segments.
- Familiarity with partner program models (channel partners, referral, marketplace integrations, strategic alliances) and distinct marketing approaches.
- Strong project and campaign management skills; experience owning full lifecycle of marketing programs.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, product, and operations functions; experience influencing decisions.
- Experience creating or directing diverse marketing assets (collateral, copywriting, video, case studies, digital content).
- Comfort with marketing metrics, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong business writing and presentation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into marketing strategy and executable plans.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Justworks or in HR/payroll/PEO space.
- Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Knowledge of co-marketing best practices and joint value propositions.
Compensation
Base salary range for New York City: $147,000 - $190,000 per year. Actual compensation based on skill set, experience, and work location.
