Business Recruiter
The Business Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical, non-sales corporate functions, partnering with business leaders to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent. The role requires at least two years of recruiting experience, startup experience, and a data- and process-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for corporate variable openings, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate and pipeline management.
- Partner with functional leaders and the broader Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
- Provide a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience.
- Attract and engage talent through active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, and internal hiring.
- Strengthen the employer brand and hiring process by introducing new ideas and best practices and influencing the business to establish a high standard for talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed headcount targets while maintaining candidate quality.
- Data-, systems-, and process-oriented approach.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
- Passion for building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in the hiring process.
