Deployment Strategist
Deploy enterprise AI agent solutions by identifying customer workflows, shaping use cases and commercial proposals, and driving implementations to measurable outcomes. The role combines technical customer engagement, solution prototyping, enterprise sales collaboration, and delivery ownership, with Mandarin and English fluency required.

Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases through structuring commercial terms—including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements—and driving deals to close.
- Embed deeply with strategic customers, act as a trusted partner, and own delivery outcomes.
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
- Advise customers on deploying products such as ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact.
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Research teams to provide field insights for the platform, models, and roadmap.
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and related AI technology.
- Work with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
- Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles alongside go-to-market partners.
- Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including simplifying complex technical concepts and structuring clear logic.
- Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.
- Mandarin and English fluency.
Work Arrangement
- Preferred to be based in Singapore, with frequent customer-site travel and in-person collaboration with the Singapore team.
