Customer Success Manager
Own the post-sale customer lifecycle for technical B2B customers, from onboarding and adoption through value reviews and renewals. Responsibilities
- Own and lead the complete post-sale customer engagement lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value reviews, and renewal playbooks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and help customers maximize the value of the Vantage solution.
- Lead customer onboarding and training sessions.
- Solicit product feedback and represent the customer internally.
- Advocate for timely resolution of support issues, feature requests, and adoption friction.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, including CTOs, engineering and infrastructure leaders, and DevOps professionals.
- Efficiently manage a portfolio ranging from SMB to commercial accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-centric industry experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in B2B technology or SaaS.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to tailor communication to specific audiences.
- Experience with FinOps or cloud cost management solutions.
- Bias for action, continuous development, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
- Kind and collaborative approach.

Compensation
- Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually.
