Kodex builds a secure portal for companies to manage workflows, communications, and file transfers for law enforcement data requests. It serves crypto, fintech, telecom, and other enterprises handling subpoenas and legal requests from 15K+ government agencies worldwide. The platform verifies agents, ensures compliance, prevents fraud, and replaces outdated email/fax processes with encrypted, auditable systems.
Own and expand a small portfolio of high-priority enterprise accounts, selling Kodex’s emerging compliance and secure data-exchange category to legal and compliance executives. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise SaaS AE experience, strategic-account expertise, and strong executive presence.
Build and deploy production ML models and pipelines to detect suspicious activity, improve verification accuracy, and support threat intelligence workflows.
Build and operate customer-facing integrations (APIs, identity federation, webhooks) connecting Kodex with third-party systems. Backend-leaning generalist with 4+ years experience in TypeScript/Node.js/React and production API experience.
Drives retention, renewals, and growth for enterprise clients by leading onboarding, issue resolution, relationship building, and cross-functional advocacy in a SaaS compliance platform. Requires 5+ years customer-facing experience with 2+ in SaaS CS.
