Responsibilities
Manage april’s most critical wealth management partnerships, focusing on joint initiatives and launching new offerings.
Build a best-in-class partner management model.
Leverage industry knowledge to develop partnership and product strategies.
Navigate banks and issuers to execute deals and ensure proper execution.
Coordinate with tax, product, and engineering stakeholders on client strategy creation and execution.
Identify stakeholders who can champion april, educate them on its value proposition, and execute deals that address their needs.
Apply industry experience to help internal teams develop a holistic account management strategy.
Requirements
Experience in partner management, business development, or a related role, ideally in financial services.
Passion for product-centric environments and ability to work effectively across teams with multiple dependencies.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating value for partners and end users.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and contribute to operational success.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid role based out of the New York City headquarters, with at least three days per week onsite, Tuesday through Thursday.
Owns onboarding, implementation, retention, renewals, and expansion for complex B2B SaaS accounts while serving as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders. Requires 4–8 years of Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management experience and strong cross-functional communication.
