Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and other cloud-native services.
- Build intelligent automation with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Design conversational workflows, internal copilots, and AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide effort estimates and feasibility assessments.
- Develop Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, and Experience Cloud.
- Own delivery from discovery through deployment, including documentation.
- Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and automation tests.
- Support production deployments and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers and serve as Delivery Lead on projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, process automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
- 7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
- Strong Python development experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and Step Functions.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to independently deliver full-lifecycle Salesforce projects.
- Deep understanding of secure development and sensitive-data protection.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, Agentforce, or other AI-powered Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience building multi-agent orchestration or workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI governance.
- Experience improving support workflows and customer-service automation.
