Senior Product Marketing Manager, Flex
Build Flex’s product marketing function from the ground up, owning product positioning, competitive intelligence, messaging, and go-to-market launches across its fintech product suite. The role requires 5+ years in product marketing, including 2+ years in B2B fintech, financial services, or another regulated complex-product industry.

Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market strategy for Flex product launches across its reward card, credit card, banking, accounts payable automation, expense management, accounts receivable and invoicing, working capital, and global payments products.
- Partner with Product leadership on roadmap planning, market and customer research, launch readiness, positioning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Create internal and external messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning, proof points, case studies, collateral, battlecards, and objection handling.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Lifecycle Marketing, Revenue Leadership, Support, and Operations to deploy launch communications, campaigns, training, and sales materials.
- Own Flex’s competitive positioning and define the ideal customer profile for each product line using market research and customer data.
- Run win/loss analysis, review prospect and customer conversations, research competitors, and use adoption data to prioritize messaging and launch initiatives.
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Flex’s positioning, product suite, customer pains, differentiation, and competitive landscape.
- Brief Product and Leadership on market changes, customer insights, competitive gaps, and roadmap implications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B fintech, financial services, or another regulated, complex-product industry.
- Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging, product launches, and adoption initiatives.
- Experience building a product marketing function or process from zero, including defining Product, Product Marketing, and stakeholder collaboration practices.
- Strong competitive intelligence skills and experience creating battlecards used by sales teams.
- Strong judgment about market messaging and the ability to distinguish important information from unnecessary detail.
- Experience partnering directly with Product on positioning.
- Excellent written communication skills, including experience creating positioning frameworks, battlecards, and briefs.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
