Responsibilities
Priority Customers
- Build deep relationships with customer C-suite/SVP+ leaders, system integrators, and strategic partners; execute co-sell motions.
- Co-create AI transformation roadmaps.
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering teams and system integrators to translate roadmaps into deployments and realize business value.
Broader Customer Set
- Develop engagement models, programs, and materials for C-suite leaders based on successful customer transformations.
- Create co-sell motions with strategic system integrators and management and professional-services consulting partners.
- Develop scaled operating models with forward-deployed engineering teams and system integrators to execute transformations.
- Build credibility within a target industry or line-of-business function and develop the company's C-suite AI transformation narrative.
- Develop and lead C-suite workshops focused on AI transformation.
Advisory Council
- Identify, recruit, and engage recognized external C-suite leaders and AI transformation visionaries for an Expert Advisory Council.
- Lead Council activities to provide strategic guidance and operational insights on emerging AI transformation capabilities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise digital or AI transformation as an operator or consultant, with demonstrated success creating, architecting, leading, and scaling large transformation programs.
- 5+ years working directly with enterprise C-suite leaders to lead and execute transformations and establish trusted senior-stakeholder relationships.
- Deep practical experience with AI transformation opportunities, challenges, and solutions in at least one of: healthcare and life sciences, financial institutions, public sector, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, technology, media, or telecommunications.
- Experience developing and implementing operating models that support enterprise transformations.
- Extensive experience working with implementation partners such as system integrators.
- Sufficient technical expertise to define realistic transformation objectives and timelines and establish credibility with technical leaders and teams.
