Responsibilities
ERP Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end Order to Cash implementation as business lead, from requirements gathering and process design through configuration, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Lead cross-functional workshops documenting current-state Finance processes and defining future-state Oracle Fusion Cloud workflows.
- Translate process requirements into functional specifications for Order Management, Pricing, Revenue Management/Revenue Recognition, Receivables, and Collections Cloud.
- Oversee migration and validation of customer records, open balances, historical transactions, and other financial master data.
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, scope, quality, delivery timelines, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate milestones and interdependencies across Finance and Accounting processes, including Record to Report and Procure to Pay.
- Drive change management, training, user readiness, adoption, super-user networks, and process champion programs.
- Lead post-implementation hypercare, enhancement prioritization, quarterly release readiness, regression testing, and capability adoption.
- Partner with Internal Audit and IT Security on SOX, segregation-of-duties, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Finance Systems and Strategy
- Own Order to Cash processes and supporting systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and Oracle Integration Cloud interfaces.
- Develop technology roadmaps, investment proposals, gap assessments, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Identify and implement process automation, workflow, reporting, standardization, and business process redesign opportunities.
- Define business processes, data maps, requirements, data flows, workflows, and logical system processes.
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud applications; coordinate projects and evaluate potential technologies.
- Provide first-level support, troubleshoot system and reporting issues, and train users and technical support staff.
- Collaborate with Accounting teams across Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay.
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve system and process issues.
- Support master and transactional data analysis using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher.
- Maintain user access controls, Oracle role-based security, segregation-of-duties controls, documentation, audit readiness, and cross-training.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years working with financial applications, vendors, and internal customers.
- 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
- 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Receivables, Collections, or Order Management.
- Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher report development.
- Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Order to Cash processes.
- Experience managing projects to budget, timeline, testing, and acceptance.
- Experience across multiple Finance functional areas, such as accounting, Record to Report, business intelligence, HR/payroll, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
- Experience with sensitive data, SOX controls, change management, user access controls, and security policies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and projects independently, develop business cases, and drive projects to completion.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification.
- Familiarity with DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environments.
- Experience with ERP boundary systems, Concur, Avalara, Coupa, FloQast, and other financial systems.
- Oracle Cloud ecosystem experience, including Oracle Integration Cloud.
