Staff Business Systems Analyst – Record to Report
Own the Record to Report function for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading a full lifecycle ERP implementation while managing finance systems, controls, integrations, data migration, and ongoing optimization. Requires extensive ERP and financial applications experience, hands-on Oracle Fusion expertise, and strong project leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Record to Report implementation for Oracle Fusion Cloud, including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, integration, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Lead cross-functional workshops, document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Oversee migration and validation of financial master data, open balances, and historical transactions.
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, milestones, risks, scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate dependencies across Finance processes including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and month-end close.
- Develop change management, training, user-readiness, and super-user programs.
- Own post-implementation enhancements, quarterly release readiness, regression testing, and adoption of new capabilities.
- Partner with Internal Audit and IT Security on SOX, segregation-of-duties, audit, regulatory, access-control, and security requirements.
- Own Record to Report systems and processes, Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud interfaces, and the technology roadmap.
- Identify automation, standardization, workflow, reporting, and process-redesign opportunities.
- Define business processes, data maps, requirements, data flows, workflows, and logical system processes.
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud applications; analyze data and evaluate technology solutions.
- Provide first-level support, resolve system and reporting issues, and train users and technical staff.
- Support reporting and data development using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses and manage Finance technology projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems.
- 10+ years of experience with financial applications, vendors, and internal customers.
- 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Record to Report processes.
- Hands-on experience with Fusion General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Allocations, ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Experience across multiple Finance functional areas, such as accounting, Record to Report, business intelligence, HR/payroll, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
- Experience with sensitive data, SOX controls, change management, user access controls, role-based security, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, prioritization, and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, troubleshoot systems issues, and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification.
- Familiarity with DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environments.
Compensation
- $140,000–$210,000 annually
